The students gain an improved understanding of the correlation of theroretical concepts and modells with geotechnical laboratory and field experiments and the interpretation of the results.
- Soil behaviour in undrained triaxial tests
- Critical state soil mechanics
- Elastoplasticity
- Hypoplasticity
- Eurocode 7: Concept, critical reflection and application, collaps theorems, handle the scatter of soil parameters, unsaturated soils)
work in expert groups on two topics (preperation of presentations and handouts), write a corresponding report, present the results in plenum, with support of the teacher
compulsory attendance (75%), assessment of presentation and handout, oral exam
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
