The acquisition of the theoretical bases regarding the complexity between town and country; understanding the meaning of the borders between town and country and the design of the free areas outside and inside the towns from a sociological, cultural, ecological and aesthetic point of view.

In this seminar the development and design of urban and rural free spaces and structures, their complexity and the cultural and living space and ecological building will be discussed. With one or several more concrete examples, and analytical discussions, new thought patterns and innovative concepts will be developed.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
