A basic knowledge of general contract law; knowledge of the most important legal requirements in the realization of building projects; familiarity with the various contracts used by construction engineers, interaction between the lawyer and the construction engineer during construction projects, the skills required to analyse specific construction related legal questions or to clearly define and explain a problem to a lawyer.

Dealing with specific legal questions in the execution of projects using theoretical examples and by studying real past and present projects, learning strategies and methods of dealing with legal problems involved in the execution of construction projects;

Lectures with OHP illustrations, interactive case discussions, developing potential solutions with the assistance of the tutor

Written examination, attendance, participation
